Most dyno graphs do not show much of an increase due to a cold air intake. However some cold air intakes give the "ram effect" benefit. Naturally this would not occur when the car is standing still on a dyno. However you will never know unless you do some test with your car with the CAI on and off. Nevertheless if you like it, that all that matters.

One thing I have to mention about the V2 is hydrolock. The position this CAI sits in the car is right under the flow path of water. There is a drainage hole in the engine bay that causes this, and can be sealed by a piece of tape over it. If you wash your car or leave it sitting in the rain you may end up with water dripping onto your CAI and forming a little puddle of standing water inside the bend of the intake tube. Some people have created "umbrellas" for the CAI, which generally consists of a plastic shield that sits above the top side of the CAI (some people have cut up flower pots etc).
