Basically you have three major decisions to make.
1. '00-01 have a plastic rear window
2. '02-03 has a glass rear window and an improved sound system.
3. '04- present- more torque, softer suspension, lower red line.
As to your question about where to buy parts, you will need to be more specific. There are about 4 good choices for headers, 7+ good choices for exhausts, 4 choices for intakes (non-boosted), and a few choices for suspension. None of these will get you more than 20 WHP total.
