E-dawg - I personally haven't had to many problems with my trans. Its a little notchy when cold but other than that it has been fine. I've heard some people have problems but they are few and far between. Most of the time people just complain about the notchiness. I know a lot of people who use their S2000's for autocrossing and track time on a usual basis and don't have problems.
