FS: F20C Race Engine + Spares -- Never Run

I recently sold off a '02 race car and had an engine being built for it over the winter. Purchaser did not want this engine as he has plans to install a turbo'd motor. Over $15K invested already in this and has been recently finished.
Here's the specs:

Bottom end:
F20C1 block cleaned, decked, iron sleeves installed
Arias forged 13.5:1 pistons w. deep valve reliefs, sleeves bored/honed to pistons
Full floating DLC coated piston pins sized to pistons
factory F20C crank straightened, balanced, polished
All new factory std. bearings, oil pump, oil squirters, upgraded oil squirter bolts, chains, tensioner, rod and main bolts, gaskets, etc.
Crank, rods, pistons, front pulley, and clutch/flywheel all balanced together
Mugen or TODA oil pan (can't tell the difference)

Head:
Fully Ported and Polished by professional race engine builder
OE size stainless steel valves with undercut stems
Head mating surface resurfaced
TODA valve springs
TODA Spec C cams
TODA Adjustable Cam Gears
I have both the factory head gasket for it which will result in a 13:1 comp. ratio. I also have a thicker headgasket that will give a 11.7:1 comp. ratio for the street. There is still a narrow window of opportunity to install the street friendly gasket otherwise motor will be assembled with the factory gasket and the thicker gasket will be shipped seperately with the engine for you to change yourself if you need a lower compression ratio.

Externals:
I have everything except the header which went with the car. This includes: starter, alternator, serpentine belt tensioner and pullies, waterpump and housing, hoses, sensors, brackets, coils, valve cover, etc. everything needed to make it a fully dressed engine ready to drop into a car.

Intake Manifold:
Intake runners have been fully ported and polished, the plenum has been extended 1" along its length, i think it has a bigger throttle body too.

Clutch:
Very Rare ORC Complete Carbon Clutch/Flywheel Assembly. Retail was $3000 for this clutch and it's supposed to be the best on the market. Used by racers in Japan in the Drift Series and in the SGTCC. It's super light too. It has 3 race weekends on it, lots of material and life left in it.

Extras:
I have the old motor still, it dropped a valve at the end of the season. The head itself is banged up bad in one cyl. but it's still good for valvetrain parts. The bottom end has some damage in the same cyl. bore. Crank is still okay. There's another set of rods here as well. Block is good for sleeving.

I can email more detailed pics to interested parties.

Looking for $9750 for everything. Price can be reduced by not including external parts like the oil pan, clutch, intake manifold, etc. Will include shipping and handling for any offer close to asking price. Willing to ship anywhere reasonable.

If you want to talk on the phone, that's no problem either.
