Actually, many people have turboed their S, the problem is it will not pass smog in CA so very few of those have been done. If you are serious about turboing your S, check out these two websites:

The 2nd one is much more active thanthe first.

As for gears, I bought mine already installed in the diff (much easier I thought) from HTG. The upfront cost is a little steep, but when you return your old diff to him, he credits you $1,000. Here is the link:
