Aaay 'Killa, how ya been?
Stewie is very sensitive to input. No surprises there right? Unless you've managed to figure out some other way to shift n' drive, you're one-handin' the wheel while liftin' the weight of a leg to handle the pedal while you're shiftin'.
Add to that that most of us don't jus' throw gears with our right arms (or left arms dependin' on which side'a the pond we're on) we use our whole body to some extent.
As for your best friend n' your brother . . do they have any Stewie experience to gauge this by? If not, you're askin' folks unfamiliar with the car to make an assessment. Usually not the best thing to go by.
My money'd be on the car jus' bein' what we bought it for: very sensitive to input. Face it, you're not noticin' any of the symptoms durin' the 99% of your time in the cockpit when you're not shiftin', right?
Be well.
