Java has ID'd the issue exactly. When I'm shifting fast, I notice exactly the same thing, and it's nothing more than my left hand moving a bit when I'm pushing the stick forward. Wanna be gutsy? When it's safe and stable, ease your left hand/grip off the wheel for a sec while shifting. You'll see the problem has gone away.

Tire issues would be a constant...not just with shifting.
