Welcome aboard. Are you talking about the WS6? I don't think a stock S will run with a WS6. A supercharger will get you to that kind of performance or better.

As gomarlins said there are a lot of people that use their S2000's in the snow. As long as it not too deep and you have a good set of snow tires you will be fine.

60,000 miles for an S2000 is cake. I've heard of people taking their S2000 to the track at over 100,000 miles with no problems. The car just has to be taken care of. And as far as known problems there are a few, but they are mostly minor.
