Most good roadcars can be modified to run <11s with enough of money put into them. I just don't think our cars are the best possibe platforms for a drag project. Judging by pics there's not many parts left that are stock in the powertrain. Why did You choose the S2000 as Your drag car platform? Was it weight? It sure couldn't have been the power.
