It could be the dreaded 'clutch buzz', but I think Honda solved that a few years ago. You might have something between the cat and the heat shield, but that wouldn't be infront of you, the cat is below the passanger seat. You can get under there and look yourself. Is it still a stock exhaust?

Yes, there are storage units you can buy that sit back there, I have one behind my passanger seat. You can see what they look like or buy one here:
