Great timing on this post, I too am getting ready to put her up for the winter. This will be my first time for putting her into storage. I know I need to fill the gas tank, add stablizer, doulble check air pressure, put the roof up but not latch it. I also figured about once a month on a nice day, back her out of the garage and let it run for about 1/2 an hour.

Do I need to do anything else?

I will also be changing all my fluids this winter as well. Thanks in advance for all of the other helpful DIY's that have been posted here, appears to be easy enough and a great excuse to go buy some new tools.
