Well from what I hear the budget called for it but it was axed due to cut backs. It would have sucked to have to hear, CHAA CHAA CHAA, CHU CHU CHU, during a "mansplosion" anyway. Not to mention the potential dangers involved to his partner.
But a Bionic boner would be so COOL!
