Not doubtin' ya Go, as I've also seen it referred to as a tonneau cover, but true tonneau covers also cover the open cockpit when fully deployed, or, the passenger half of the cockpit when only the driver's area is necessary.
Is that actually the name that Ma Honda uses for it in brochures n' the like?
