Hi MRK. Every once in a while one pops up for sale on-site, n' I'm sure that you're aware of ebay. There're also a at least a couple'a aftermarket units made of composite materials (that don't dent like the stock aluminum units). All of these don't come cheap though.
One good thing though is that the AP1 units and the AP2 units r' the same n' interchangeable, so, at least you've got that workin' for you.
As for the clutch, HardtopGuy.com on line has a unit that seems to get the best reviews on-site. At least that's where I'm gonna be goin' when my turn comes up.
