There is not an OEM front strut bar, but there is on the rear. As to whether you need a front one or not, not really. They do add some 'bling' to the engine bay and I have had three different ones over the years.

There are obviously sway bars front and rear. Both do an excellent job. Comptech use to make a matching set and they also made a competition adjustable front. I have the CT adj. front on mine and it makes a big difference. Will you feel it around town, probably not. If you autoX or track the car though, I would suggest it. I added their larger rear bar for a little while, but didn't like the amount of oversteer it produced. I am back to OEM on the rear. I did see a set of CT sways on eBay yesterday.
