Yes it is, and quite simple.

Park about 20' away from a wall/garage door/etc. and turn the headlights on. Mark the top of the low beam cut off with a piece of tape or something and then adjust the knob so that the beams go up about 1".

Now go out and drive on the road while your significant other comes at you from the front and see if you've gone too far. If need be adjust again.

There are some official instructions for how far away to park and how far up the wall the low beam cut off line should be, but that only gets you the factory setting. I made the misteak of adjusting mine too much on the intial go round and it took me 3 tries to get it right. Take it slow and drive a bit to see if it accomadates your needs and, definitely, make sure you are not blinding oncoming traffic.
