As a trackday special, I think it's suitably ugly.

Not much to add to Java's post, I guess this is the end of a great era for HONDA or, hopefully, a beginning for a new even greater one. It's good to live in a time when the AP1 is still available for purchase and not stowed away as a collection car.
I think it's unlikely HONDA will ever make such a hardcore and technically advanced roadster - the market dictates that the likes of MX-5 make a lot more profit (and there's really nothing wrong with MX-5, I loved mine up untill 3 weeks ago, when I sold it).
