True dyno-tested hp is hard to come by. Even the reputable manufacturers show single digit gains in hp for intake/exhaust. Rarely, you might see 10-15 hp for I/H/E. People talk about 'throttle response' but that is very subjective... the S has amazing throttle response already. These mods can definitely add sound though. Finally, even a generous 15 whp increase on a 200whp car is very small and hardly noticeable.
Forced induction OTOH can net you 100whp and up. Looking at 5 large at a bare minimum to go that route, but likely more.
