i have an 00' with the same problem-on both sides of the car. i went to a local upholstery/fabric repair shop and they color-matched the fabric and sealed it inside and out. it only cost me about 30 bucks or so. i need to have the other side done this year. the other patch has lasted about 3 years so far.
