There is a company that sells CF center consoles on eBay. Their price seems decent, but I haven't seen the part in person to verify it's quality.
There's a company called Mastergrade that made replacement CF parts for most of the interior. But their prices are steep, and I'm not even 100% sure they are still making all the parts they used to. I know some people had very long delays in getting parts they ordered from them.
