I had the same problem in my AP1. When Southern Cal had their massive rainy season in Jan-Mar '05, I found about 2-3 inches of water in my trunk, plus the carpet under the driver's seat was saturated. I thought my new top was leaking, but the dealership could not find any leak. I never found out what the problem was and never pursued it since San Diego rainy seasons happen once every 5-6 years.

Now that my S is garage kept, it has much less time sitting in the rain and it hasn't been a problem. I thought maybe it was leaking by the tail light because I was getting a lot of condensation on the passenger side light during rainy days. Also, I have had my bumper repainted and replaced from people running into me and I figured that may have had someting to do with it as well.
