What kind of gas do you use? A Top Tier brand of premium, I hope. The first and cheapest thing I would do first is run a tank of nature's best, go out on the freeway and do the speed limit in 3rd gear for an extended period of time to blow out any possible buildup. The high RPM is like milk. It does a body good
If that doesn't work, maybe your spark plugs need to be changed since you have 106k miles. Then try the injector cleaner. If none of that works, then maybe someone else has a suggestion because I'm limited in my knowledge of what to do next except to take it to someone else and let them figure it out.
