SC or tubo and suspension

It doesn't matter whether you get a turbo or a Super Charger. The SC might actually make more HP than the Turbo but the one thing you have to consider is how much strain is going to be on the engine. With a turbo at 4,500 rpms you will be at about 5 or 6 pounds of boost but with the SC you will only hit boost after 5 or 6k. You will still make the same power but the SC will spare your engine a lot more than the turbo will. If you get the Comptech unit, which I recommend, it will add about 90 hp to the wheels, not 40 or 50. Stock s2k's have 200 at the wheels. Then if you add comptech headers and what ever exhaust you like, you will be making about 320 at the wheels. That should put you in the low to mid 12's if you know how to drive. And since you dive it everyday, when your below 5,000 rpms, there will no boost and your car will probably be slower than it is now. But this is good because you save your engine, and as soon as you drop it down a couple gears and that boost spikes, you'll be untouchable. A turbo kit will probably end up costing you more than the SC anyway, so you can still get the springs or coil overs after you get the SC.

Also to get 400 hp with that turbo setup, you need to do pistons, rods, rings, port and polish head, .......
