I like Mobil 1 non-synthetic. Changed regularly at every 3k miles. It goes further than just being able to tighten or loosen a nut when changing oil. To me, the biggest question is: do you feel comfortable getting under a car?
If you do, then invest in a good hydraulic jack and some stands, and never get under a car unless it's properly on stands. I don't think Stewie's approach angle goes for ramps.
If this isn't in your comfort level, it's pretty easy to reset the light. I'd consider doing it after getting in the car after the oil change. Instructions are in the manual.
Tornado fuel saver is garbage, do not buy. Everyone else gave the right reasons.
To Jbeni96, I'd change the oil anyway. I'm a stickler for oil changes.
