I went to a 7 lb pulley on my CT system. No problems that were not self inflicted. I have heard of people going to 9 lbs w/o having to change the head gasket. I think once you get above that, you need to change the head gasket and fuel injectors. Heck, you may need to change out the stock fuel injectors with a 9 lb. for all I know. I tried changing them to 550's with my 7 lb. pulley and got 15 more WHP, but the driveability suffered. I am back to the stock 360 injectors.
