If it has a salvaged title, it is worth HALF of what KBB.COM says it would be worth in good condition. In terms of Mods, parts ect... when it comes to selling a car, none of that stuff factors into the selling price, unless you get someone who knows about that stuff and is willing to pay extra for it. I sell cars myself (Mitsubishi's actually) and this is the general rule of thumb in the car buisness. But since its a friend, I would say that 8-10 k is a good price.
