I think there are really two factors there. One is getting somebody who is experience with the engine management system you are putting in (eg aem ems) and also somebody who knows the s2000 a fair bit.

I think having somebody who knows the management system is going to be able to sort out any problems he runs into anyway (eg wrong base map). Or at least he might be able to correctly configure the system once he finds the answers from members who have had a similar problem.
