i installed a clarion mp3 (DXZ745MP) head unit in my 04 s2k a few months ago.

i had the head unit from my rsx - pulled it out on the car trade in.

very happy with the head unit - sound & features are great. external subwoofer volume control is a huge plus - so you don't have to scroll thru menus to get to the sub controls.

plus it has 75 color combos - so you can match the colors of the interior lighting if you wish...

i think you can pick this model up or a similar one for @ $200 or so...
