I purchased a set of AP1 stockies and the last owner had Hoosier A06s on them which I just had removed. Last owner claims about 25% left on the tires. Is there a way to check?

I'd like to sell them since I purchased the rims for some blizzaks. So I'm also kind of stabbing in the dark for a fair price too.

Any help is appreciated, including ribbing from java.
