I have a 2000 also. That back window just sucks. You can buy the plastic window cleaner. It works well for about a month then it tends to fog back up. I am about to buy a new top anyways because mine is almost shot with the small tears on the sides from when it hits when you put the top down. If you have the money i would suggest buying a new top with the glass rear window. The fog will only get worse sorry.....Hope this was help
