there's some info in the last post regarding valve lift, duration etc. This is for the TODA Version 2 cams (I would start with these rather than the OEM honda cams if you want to make power)

Differences between s2000 and civic type R head are as follows:

on number 4 ya got me, no idea try searching on s2ki.com or better still try posting to the under the hood section on there with details and a link (might drum up some interest). Ultimate Lurker (one of the members) is probably your best bet when it comes to the technical stuff.
