Good luck with your purchase. The stereo is not the greatest but the music the car makes with the top down is the best. I upgrades my 04 with a Kenwood HU, Infinity Reference components in the doors, Infinity Kapa in the pods, and the dash control interface (all from Crutchfield). I was never able to get the interface to work, hence no more dash controls. After a few weeks of having to manually play with the HU (not in a prime location) I got fed up and returned the stock HU to get back my dash controls....they are a MUST. With the new speakers I was satisfied with the results. An aftermarket HU is a must if you plan to add a Sub, with would make a huge difference.
