maybe you already know this if you did little research; starting 2002 models, backlight is glass instead of vinyl(2000-2001). and 2002+ models have a slightly better stereo sys. which include tweeters. other than that there is no real significant difference.
find out where the car's been before and if it's from a region with winters,
i would look for one that averaged about 5000mi or under a year. you don't wanna s2k that's been driven during winter.
