I've posted about this before, guess you didn't feel like searching for it, I don't blame you.

Hold down the trip buttons, both of them, turn the key to the on position while continuing to hold the trip buttons, in about 5 seconds it should make the maint req light flash and go off, then turn the key off and turn your car on, should remedy that problem.
