I have the CT system. I believe the CT and VT system are very similar.
The VT has more HP out of the box due to the smaller pulley. I believe the VT comes with about 7 lbs. of boost and I know the CT comes with about 5. I went with the smaller pulley and have 7 lbs now with the CT system.
The VT system comes with the AC kit standard and the CT system does not. I ordered the AC kit for mine.
One difference between the two systems is the connection to the oil pan. The VT system needs you to tap the side of the oil pan to get to the oil (at least it was that way a year ago when I got my CT system) and the CT system used a connector to the factory oil drain plug.
I chose the CT system because Comptech specializes in Honda's. I have no complaints and I know many VT system owners can say the exact same thing.

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.
