Exactly what do you mean by Frankenstein? More specifically, are you talking about pulling the engine out and rebuilding it with new sleeves, pistons, rods, changing the compression ratio, harnesses... what?
Ultimate Racing makes the most popular turbo setup for the S. 9psi boost is nothing to laugh at on the S given the high compression ratio. If you seriously want to build a high boost car, I'd strongly consider going with something that was turbocharged from the factory.
