Letter of recall is easy to get from the honda web site, you can get that once you have a VIN, also be aware that the paperwork has to be at the border 72hrs prior to the car
I also have a shipping company, my car was shipped from Ohio to Ontario, door to door. Who ever you go with shop around I found big differences in prices
