Hey Java & phil, I think I know why we get in the low 20's. It all boils down to weight. The less the toal vehicle weight (car, luggage, passenger, beer bellies, etc.) the better the mileage. Does that settle the gas mileage discrepency argument?
Maybe jagg only weighs 25 lbs.
