On my European version the lights come with a polyellipsodial lens xenon for low beam. The high beam lamp is a regular H1. Just days ago I did convert those H1s into 6k xenons. Had to weld custom holders, will take a pic hopefully during weekend.

Oh and the high beams are the ones closest to the engine compartment so the access holes should be enough to get there. Its a narrow place tho and I did my install now that my car is disassembled for upcoming turbo installation. Makes things easier. Hardest part of installing the xenons was to get them into the custom holders and insert them without touching the glass and pollute the surface. (Shortens lifespan significantly)
