I don't think it should be a problem as the long as the fronts and rears are matched pairs. But I would get them balanced, and check to make sure there are no bubbles in the tread(could be causing the vibrations, altho not super common). If there are bubbles or imperfections in the rubber it could cause a blowout... Blowout=Bad news...

Have you had it aligned?
