Alarming as is seems vehicles do get stolen especially nice ones like ours.........reading a local post from a fella he had his s2000 stolen from his relatives driveway. It was suggested that proffessional thieves actually take the exposed VIN # and get a replica key for that vehicle.
On a reply another member says he actually covers his VIN # with a post-it-note not to expose the information.
So for the people who park their car outside overnight you may just want to "cover up" your VIN ..................just in case.
