Well that is personal taste. Some say it is too loud, but I love it and think it is perfect. If you want to control the sound of it (it can drone a little) just make sure that you buy a test pipe with it. I would go for it. It looks great and all my friends love hearing me drive my "S".
Don't forget an intake too. That combined with the exhaust is orgasmic!
