Normal traffic about 3500. Might depend on the year though. Works for my 2002.

how do u put the cruise control on
A little button on the dash. Get up to speed then set it with the control on the steering wheel.

some times my 3rd gear has a knock when i change and sum times it dosent is that normal ?
You might need to shift down. Not good to put your foot in it going slow in a higher gear.

also how do u stop yourself from doing 80mph through town

Think about the cost of tickets and higher insurance. That lightens the foot with alacrity.
