That is straight up rattle can primer. Plus it does say "salvage" title. In some states that means the repairs exceeded 55% the value of the car. It does mean that an insurance company wrote off the car to me destroyed or parted out, but someone bought it and put it back together. BAD BAD BAD!

A professionally painted flat, matte, or satin paint looks totally different. I've seen them next to each other. You deffinately do NOT want a primer'd car if you are not going to paint it. Primer is not meant to be the finishing coat.

I should know, my S is satin. I did a lot of research before taking the leap.
