What do you mean by locking up?

You're driving along and one of the rear brakes just seizes?

Or, you slam on the brakes, inducing a rear tire to skid and the ABS comes on?

Or, you slam on the brakes and the rear tire skids but the ABS doesn't come on as it's supposed to.

If it's #1 there is probably something wrong between the master cylinder and brake pads (including caliper).

If it's #2 you need new tires.

If it's #3 there is something wrong with the ABS sensor on that wheel or the wiring between the ABS computer and that wheel.\

But, this is not a known issue with the S2000 AFAIK.
