TB spacers make no difference on a port injected engine. They will on throttle body injected and carbureted motors the idea being that they give the air fuel mixture a little more time to even out and give smoother airflow through the manifold. They're snake oil on our motors and on any injected motor except for one with TBI (which no body uses anymore). I've never seen a verified dyno run and no manufacturer of them is willing to allow an objective independent test on a dyno. You'd do just as much good buying one of those $40 electric powered turbos.
