Those positive displacement SC's have been 'in development' for as long as the car has been around. I wouldn't sit around waiting for one to come into production.
To get a turbo running safely, will cost considerably more than a bolt on SC. Unless you are going to run very low boost (and why would you do that?), you will need engine management and plenty of tuning time. Tuning time, unless you have your own shop, adds up fast.
Money is no object, I'd go turbo hands down. If you just want to bolt something up, get a quick dyno run in to check your A/F, maybe change to 1 step colder plugs, and forget about it. The Comptech and Vortech setups are the way to go. You don't need external engine managment, bigger injectors, or any other mods. I have about 7,000 miles on my CT and no issues. However, it only took about a month to get used to the power and want more

(I'm sure that would be the case with a turbo too of course).
