I saw a few pics of the s2000 with the fender signal lights changed to clear while the bulb remained yellow. Are these legal? If so, would it be legal to change the bulb color to say...blue? Same question goes for the blinkers in the headlights.

I also wanted to tint my car to a blue hue like those of mercedes cars. That should be legal as long as it's not too reflective or dark like a limo right?

Front license plate is also a concern. I know if you get pulled over, it's just a fix it ticket of $10, but what have some of you guys done to avoid these kinds of situations? If putting the plate in your dashboard windshield is okay, is there a way to secure it?
