A few more things I would most definatly like is a larger brakes and would love to have paddle shifters (like F1, audi). It would be nice to be able to keep both hands on the steering wheel when I am hauling butt on curvy roads. Of course that would require a different transmission. Plus it allows for very smooth and quick transition between gears.
