I had the same thing happen to me it ended up that one of my ignition coil packs was bad.

At first it was a little rattle here and a little rattle there then one morning the car just sputtered and the idel was really rough took her down to my shop an around hour and $100.00 later she was running smooth again.

If I were you just take her down to a shop you truyst and have them look at it. hope this helps
